4. Use the Calendar to Select the DATES/NIGHTS you will need the equipment
5. Select Book Now and proceed to checkout.
6. We recommend adding Rental Insurance to protect the items you are renting against damage or destruction.
7. Items will arrive 1-2 days prior to your scheduled Dates/Nights reserved (Save the box!).
8. Send the Rental Package Equipment back in the best possibly condition using the box and return shipping label provided, we will do a 10 point cleaning and sanitization process once it arrives back at The Camp Wolf.
9. Write us a review and refer a friend!

• There will be a daily charge for every day the items are not shipped back to The camp Wolf. 
• We receive a notification when the items are Return shipped. 
• We do not charge for return shipping days.

• If the items are lost or stolen you will be charged the full price of the gear.
• Rental Insurance covers damages and wear and tear beyond normal use.

When will card be charged? 

We charge at the time of the reservation.

What forms of payment do you except?

All major Debit & Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google pay and PayPal

Rental Agreement 

• There is a $20 cancellation fee to cover the costs of credit card fees.
• Cancellations made 10 days or less prior to reservation will be charged 50% plus shipping if items have been shipped.
• Changing dates of your reservation is free if dates are available.

You expect to have clean gear and we follow the highest standards.

We follow the EPA's steps for safe and effective disinfectant use in our 10 point cleaning process assuring we are giving you the highest level of cleanliness.

To check for availability, reservations are not changeable 10 days prior to the reservation as we often ship items early.

Sales tax, if any, is charged based on the applicable state and local sales tax regulations and rates.

Please note: The Camp wolf withholds sales tax as required by law; these laws are subject to change. In addition, The Camp Wolf reserves the right to change this policy as needed.

Sales tax does not apply when placing an order for a tax-exempt
government agency or institution. Purchaser must provide a copy of your
tax-exempt status or resale certification at the time of ordering for
our records.

Sales tax does not apply to the purchase of a gift certificate;
however, sales tax does apply when a gift certificate is redeemed for a
purchase.

Sales tax does not apply to orders shipping internationally.

have the desire to get outdoors but dont have access to expensive
outdoor equipment, or the need to own it. Much of the Outdoor Equipment
purchased today is used a very limited number of times and the
Environmental impact created to manufacturer this equipment contributes
to the destruction of the very places it was created to celebrate.
